Cynthia Ortiz-Bartley, Mezzo Soprano

A native of Chicago, mezzo-soprano Cynthia Ortiz-Bartley has extensive operatic and symphonic experience with the Southern Arizona Symphony, Tucson Chamber Orchestra, Tucson Masterworks Chorale and Chicago's Da Corneto Opera. She currently sings with the Tucson Symphony Chorus, St. Paul's United Methodist Church as a staff singer, and teaches private voice. Cynthia has been a music teacher for the Music and Dance Academy of Tucson, Suzuki-Orff School in Chicago and has obtained Bachelor of Music in voice and Master of Education degrees from De Paul University, as well as a Master of Music in voice from Northwestern University.
