Alla holds a bachelor’s degree in music and English from the State University of New York at
Albany and a master’s degree in choral conducting from Michigan State University. She is
currently pursuing her DMA in choral conducting at the University of Arizona, and specializes
in Slavic choral music. She sings with the Tucson Symphony Orchestra Chorus and teaches at
the Tucson Music and Dance Academy.
